Recently my Father-in-law purchased a new Jayco Trailers from your Little Rock location. He was very impressed and pleased with both the unit and the service he received. My wife fell in love with the Jayco unit so we decided to check out one for ourselves. Jack Pflug, our salesman, was helpful, knowledgeable and did not pressure us in anyway. The Service Manager, Matt Lee, went the extra mile to satisfy an issue I had with the brake installation. Phil McDonald is very impressive in his knowledge and demonstration of ALL aspects of the unit. He demonstrated a genuine concern for the customer so that we would have the best possible experience with our new unit. Finally, Gary Martin, was a lot of fun to negotiate with and he made us feel comfortable not pressured.
